HACCP:Discussed proper sanitizing solution preparation and concentrations, labeling of cooked food, and throwing away broken/damaged equipment.Verbal warning:Put lid over lettuce in walk-in cooler instead of towel.All cooked foods that are cooling must be labeled with the date and time. This facility was asked to voluntarily close due to the fact that they do not have hot water at the hand sinks in the resrooms. When hot water is running again please call the health department
